Track 2: "Ice Cold"

"Ice Cold" is about a perfect date night when you're in something new with someone. Its all about skipping the parties, driving to our usual favorite spot and having our own little party. Acting flirty with someone you’re really into, having them pick you up and not having any plans, no rush just seeing where the night takes you. Nothings more exciting then when you hear the car pulling up and do one last mirror check. Its like you were longing for them all day, texting them anticipating the night where they would pick you up and you guys could finally hangout. The song is about new love, the flirty phase where you really want to make sure you’re the one holding their attention because they have all of yours. You’ve been missing them but you want to keep your cool and be a little bit of a impress. I call it a chill party song because it symbolizes the perfect balance of a no pressure night being your own private party.
The song is simple and bouncy. Leaving the voice bold and on its own to show the straight forward and blunt personality of the topic. I chose it as the second track to pick up the mood a bit. Catchy bells play with the vocals as it takes your forward through ups and downs of the rest of the project. Pop dances with hip hop having a little fun.
